About

Why are so many afflicted from chronic diseases? And others are not? Can we reverse disease? How do we prevent aging? – These questions catalyzed Dr. Nupoor’s drive to address the whole person utilizing various best in class disciplines.

Dr. Nupoor Panchal is an American Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician with over 10 years of experience. Her background includes Functional and Anti-Aging Medicine. Her interest in preventing aging began as she was applying to university and evaluating ways to integrate her love of art with medicine. At that time, she thought of it from an aesthetic point of view, utilizing her talent in drawing for facial rejuvenation. As she continued through medicine, she started to realize the need for whole-body rejuvenation from a disease perspective. Why are so many afflicted from chronic diseases? And others are not? Can we reverse disease? How do we prevent aging?

Dr. Nupoor attended medical school at the University of Illinois in Chicago, part of the Illinois medical district triangle, one of the busiest medical districts in the country. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine through Weill Cornell Medical College at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Queens. The intensity of her training prepared her to think on her feet, appreciate the way different cultures deal with illness, and identify what is wrong with today’s healthcare systems. The pace fueled her interest in critical care and hospital medicine, which she continued at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD) as their first female hospitalist and clinical assistant professor of medicine, teaching residents and medical students. At CCAD, she was privileged to treat Emiratis, royals, heads of state and dignitaries. The trust they put in her as a physician was humbling and rewarding, but it also illustrated how despite wealth, privilege, and even a government provided healthcare system, people’s bodies were “aging” too quickly. Dr. Nupoor’s own struggle with fertility, despite a healthy and active lifestyle, was a wake up call to find alternative ways of looking at “health.” Hence she embarked on more formal training with the Institute of Functional Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine.

Between college and medical school, Dr. Nupoor attended the Art Institute of Chicago to advance her art skills. After moving to Dubai she completed her Romana’s Pilates Teacher Training program in classical Pilates. This cemented how movement along with breath helps heal and strengthen all types of bodies from the inside out. She plays tennis competitively and loves to ski as often as possible. Her recipe for a good day includes spending time outdoors, laughing with friends, and learning more about how bodies work.
